Written comments must be submitted by February 16 to ensure they are distributed directly to Commissioners in advance of the February 20 Commission meeting. Comments received after February 16 will still be included in the official record and posted online; however, Commissioners may not have adequate time to review submissions received after that date.
If you would like your written comments considered prior to the February 20 meeting, please submit them no later than February 16.
